90-Day Installation Warranty

 

We offer a 90-day warranty on all installation services performed by our experienced mechanics. This warranty specifically covers any issues resulting from the installation process.

 

What Does the Warranty Cover?
 

  • Labor and Installation Errors: If any issues arise due to improper installation by our technicians, we will rectify the problem at no additional cost to you within the 90-day period.

  • Service Quality Assurance: This warranty is a reflection of our commitment to delivering reliable and high-quality service, ensuring that all work meets our professional standards.

     

Limitations of Warranty
 

  • Parts Are Not Covered: This warranty does not cover the parts themselves, as these are subject to manufacturer defects or normal wear and tear, which are beyond our control.

  • Post-Warranty Claims: Issues that occur after the 90-day warranty period will not be covered, as normal usage and external factors can affect the vehicle over time.

     

Exclusions
 

  • Non-Installation Related Failures: Any issues found to be unrelated to our installation services are not covered under this warranty. This includes malfunctions resulting from pre-existing conditions, modifications made after our service, or damage from external sources.

  • Used parts are NEVER covered under any type of warranty

  • Credit Card Disputes: Initiating a credit card dispute will automatically nullify all warranties, rendering them void.
     

Warranty Service Fees
 

  • Diagnostic Fees: If you file a warranty claim and, upon inspection, our technicians determine that the issue is unrelated to our installation, a diagnostic fee may apply. This fee covers the technician's time and travel expenses, based on your location within our service area.

  • Transparent Charges: We will provide a complete explanation of any fees before proceeding with the service, allowing you to make informed decisions.

     

Procedure for Making a Warranty Claim
 

  1. Initiate Your Claim: Click on the "File Warranty Claim" button on our warranty page.

  2. Complete the Claim Form: Provide detailed information about your issue and the service you received. Be specific about the installation problem and include your contact details.

  3. Submit the Form and Book Service: Once the claim form is complete, submit it and schedule your warranty inspection.

Inspection and Resolution: Our technician will assess the issue. If it is confirmed that the problem is related to our installation, we will fix it promptly at no additional cost to you.

​Any attempt by another mechanic or unauthorized individual to diagnose or repair an issue covered under warranty will result in the immediate cancellation of all warranty protections.

Warranty coverage is only valid when serviced directly by our authorized technicians.
